For this Valentine's day I asked my boyfriend for an espresso maker to make Cuban coffee. As I am leaving Miami tomorrow, this will be a nice reminder of home. I also snagged this Kalorik waffle iron/panini press on eBay for a fraction of the price ($15, score!) However, both items are available at Target if you want your own. I cannot wait to try this roast turkey panini in the very near future! Still on my wishlist are:
* a food processor
* a stand mixer
* a juicer
* a high powered blender
* an ice cream maker
* a slow cooker
Once I have a job, I can start slowly chipping away at my list!
